How long does a wooden farmhouse take?
About N weeks from the first site visit to handover for a 2BHK; resort cottages are built in phases. See the process.
What does it cost?
Farmhouses start at ₹rate per sq ft. Every quote is itemised; see what the price includes.
Do you build outside Maharashtra?
Our focus is Maharashtra. We take selected projects further away; tell us where your plot is.
Can you work with my architect?
Yes. We supply structural drawings and build to their design wherever the log system allows.
Do I need approvals?
Usually, yes, as for any structure on your plot. We give you the checklist on the site visit and connect you with a local architect for the paperwork.
Will termites or rain damage it?
Not if it is built the way we build it: treated pine, raised plinth, deep overhangs and drainage. Read Why pine.
Can I visit a finished home?
Yes. Most clients are happy to show their homes; we arrange it.
What warranty do you give?
N years on the structure, with a care guide and an optional annual check-up.
