Everything we build starts the same way: solid pine logs, prepared in our yard at yard location, assembled on your land by our own team. What changes is the plan, the roofline and the way the home opens to its view.

Most of our farmhouses sit 45 minutes to two hours from Mumbai or Pune, on plots of half an acre to five acres, in Lonavala, Karjat, Mulshi, Igatpuri and Mahabaleshwar.
A typical brief is two or three bedrooms, one large living and dining space that opens onto a deck, a kitchen the family cooks in, and a verandah deep enough to sit through the rain. We draw the plan around where the sun rises and where the view is.

Built for salt air and long weekends.
For land near Alibaug, Kashid, Murud, Dapoli and Ganpatipule, we design for salt air and sea breeze: wider overhangs, marine-grade fittings, coated fasteners and decks built to drain fast.
These are homes for long weekends and whole summers, with room for the extended family and a view from every bed.

Built in phases, so you never close.
Resort owners come to us for two reasons: a wooden cottage commands a higher tariff than a concrete room, and we build in phases so the property never closes. We have built single cottages, clusters and full properties, each unit with its own bathroom, verandah and privacy from the next.
We can match your existing architecture or give the property a new look. Units arrive numbered and go up fast, so a phase of cottages is ready between seasons.

Wood where it makes the most difference.
Not every project is a whole home. We build pool decks, garden gazebos, pergolas over outdoor dining, and compact rooftop cabins that turn an unused terrace in the city into a studio or guest room.
