From plot to keys in about N weeks.
A concrete farmhouse takes a year or more, with a contractor to chase and a site to visit every weekend. Ours takes weeks, because most of the work happens in our yard before anything arrives on your land. Here is the whole process, with what we need from you at each step.
- Week 0 · free
Site visit
We come to your plot. We check slope, soil, sun path, wind, water source, power, road access and local rules, and we sketch a first layout standing on the land. You leave with a rough size, a rough cost and a clear next step. If the plot has a problem, we tell you then.
From you: plot documents or a location pin, and an idea of how you will use the home.
- Weeks 1–2
Design
Our designer draws the floor plan and elevations for your plot and your family. Two rounds of revisions are included, and a 3D view is available on request. We also list the approvals your village or district needs and can connect you with a local architect for the drawings.
From you: feedback within a few days of each round.
- Week 3
Quote and agreement
You get an itemised quote, a payment schedule tied to milestones, and a fixed timeline. We sign a simple agreement that says what we build, when, and what it costs.
From you: signature and the first milestone payment.
- Weeks 3–6
Preparation
Two things happen at once. In our yard, logs are cut to your plan, treated, numbered and stacked for transport. On your plot, our site team builds the plinth, drainage and service connections. You can visit the yard and see your home in pieces.
- Weeks 6–10
Assembly
The logs arrive and the house goes up: walls in the first days, then the roof structure and roofing, then doors, windows and the deck. This is the part clients film. Most are on site two or three times in total.
- Weeks 10–12
Finishing and handover
Flooring, electrical, plumbing, interior and exterior coating. We walk through every room with you, fix anything on the list, and hand over the keys with a care guide and the warranty.
Week numbers are typical for a 2BHK farmhouse; your timeline is fixed in the quote. confirm typical weeks
Our number does not change.
A check-in after the first monsoon, and an optional annual visit. The number you call before the project is the number that answers after it.
